Cosplay Content Creator​

Thank you for your interest in being a Cosplay Content Creator at RIAC 2026! As a Cosplay Content Creator, you will be a walking Cosplay Guest for RIAC 2026, and host (2) Cosplay Meetups.

Please take a moment to review our Security, Safety, and Wellness Guidelines and the following Cosplay Content Creator Guidelines, Expectations and Compensation before submitting your Cosplay Content Creator Application. Rules & Guidelines

  • We are accepting submissions through April 17, 2026.

  • You must be at least 18 years old as of June 5, 2026.

  • (4) Cosplay Content Creators will be selected.

  • We are looking for Cosplay Content Creators with a following on social media, the ability and energy to engage the cosplayers attending RIAC, and professionalism.

  • RIAC is a family-friendly convention and as a Cosplay Content Creator, your cosplays and the way you carry yourself should be family-friendly.

  • You will receive a confirmation after submitting your application. If you do not, please reach out to Cosplay@alteredrealityentertainment.com

  • You will be contacted regarding your application status by April 30, 2026.

Expectations

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner. As a Cosplay Content Creator, you are representing RIAC 2026.

  • Be in cosplay during convention hours. Convention hours are 9 am - 7 pm EST on Saturday, June 6, 2026, and 9 am - 5 pm EST on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

  • Be present during convention hours and engage attendees; especially those in cosplay.

  • Attend the Masquerade. Saturday, June 6, 2026. Time TBD. 3-hour commitment.

  • Promote your selection as a Cosplay Content Creator and RIAC 2026 on your social media channels.

  • Host (2) Cosplay Meetups; one on Saturday, June 6, 2026 and one on Sunday, June 7, 2026. The fandom/theme will be selected by you but should be popular so at to engage cosplayers attending. There will be a staff photographer in attendance.

 

Compensation

  • (2) all-weekend passes.

  • Promotion via the RIAC website and social media channels.
